Focusing on developing solutions is a better way to overcome obstacles and achieve the success you want.  If you focus on solutions and take action steps you’ll be well on your way to getting what you want. All of the work I do is based on proven methods that have helped thousands of people attain the success they’re seeking.

I’ve personally have had several coaches over the years and many of the best changes in my life have come about because of a relationship with a coach. I believe in coaching because I’ve experienced the benefits.

Education
I’ve been involved in human growth groups for over 15 years and I’ve taken numerous trainings  in Hakomi, RCS (Re-Creation of the Self) , and NVC (Non-Violent Communication).  I have BA degree in education and I’m certified as a teacher in the state of Washington. I was involved in the business world as a manager for 10 years and have run a successful commercial photography business for over 20 years. During that time I also started and successfully  managed several other businesses that brought in additional significant streams of income.

I bring compassion, pragmatism, creativity,  intuition and a lifetime of learning and growing to my coaching.
