Can a book change your life?
A book can give you insight into your own nature that you might not otherwise discover. And that discovery can lead you to change your beliefs and behaviors which will result in an improved life. Books are kinder than friends and if you get tired of them you can put them away and go back to them later. The nice thing about reading a book is that you can slowly digest what you’re being taught and do so at your own pace. We now have access to some of the most brilliant minds who have ever lived and who have taken their observations and discoveries about human nature and shared them with us.  Here are a few books I have found to be extremely beneficial.

“Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die” by Chip & Dan Heath. A great easy to read book on practical communication and how to make your ideas stick using six key principles.

“The Power of Full Engagement” by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz has the potential to change your life with one single insight: that managing ENERGY, not time, is the key to high performance and personal renewal.

“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey is a classic on personal change and living a balanced life. I have seen people follow the strategies in this book and bring about great success for themselves.
